Keeping track with new decisions about magazine

While I've been improving my front cover I was thinking of inserting small pictures of objects associated with sports for example basketballs, footballs, tennis balls etc but I have some worries that it will look improffesional and cheap so I have to decide what will be the best choice and if my audience will like it.
